Eden Home Master Plan
Pi Architects developed a comprehensive master plan to reposition the existing community within the Texas Hill Country market. The campus was enhanced by locating independent and assisted living buildings with a central commons building at the front of the property to create a new entry court and upgrade the campus image. The existing buildings were augmented and re-space planned to establish neighborhoods for the nursing, Alzheimer's and rehab units. Green Houses and additional cottages were integrated into the surrounding cottage neighborhood to complete the CCRC campus.
