Sun City Center, FL, was the largest senior living community in Florida for over 30 years. Its main campus has over 12,000 residents with multiple recreational opportunities, over 70 clubs, weekly entertainment, and supports another 30,000 neighboring residents in adjacent communities. With no development in the community in decades, Pi Architects was retained to provide master planning, development assistance, conduct community charettes and town hall discussions, secure county grants and entitlements. We are actively completing a 15,000 SF activities center and covered market street, 30,000 SF fine dining, entertainment, bar, and resort-style pool facility, as well as a remodel of existing pools, facilities, and recreational spaces.
