The Ware at Park Central is located at 1510 South Van Buren in the heart of The Plemons-Eakle Historical District on the outskirts of the revitalized Amarillo Down Town District. The small house design embraced a historic Amarillo aesthetic that flowed from the exterior through the interior and throughout each of the eight houses. The 82,500 SF community sits on a tight site of 2.1 acres or 90,300 SF creating unique and beneficial efficiencies in the design.
The community is two stories tall with eight small households all connected back into a supportive core. The design creatively ensured each of the eight households and their residents all have access to the outdoors. Each household has its own living, dining and multi-purpose spaces for intimate programs to occur.
