Construction Administrator

We are seeking an exceptional Construction Administrator who can effectively coordinate multiple architectural and interiors projects to ensure effective execution.  The candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills and thorough understanding of contracts and construction.  

The candidate can quickly review construction documents, coordinate consultants and interact well with clients, developers, contractors, project staff and partners.  A prospective candidate should be capable of understanding and applying codes and regulations, thorough proficiency with technical construction details and specifications, submittal reviews, and ability to complete assignments per schedule.  Experience in senior living, healthcare, and/or multi-family is a plus but not a requirement.

Requirements:

•    5-10 years of experience in an architectural office
•    3 years focused on construction administration
•    Detailed understanding of life safety codes
•    Proficiency in construction and construction details
•    In depth knowledge of technical specifications
•    Strong organizational and communication skills
•    Ability to efficiently coordinate multiple complex construction documents
•    Naturally inquisitive; prone to investigate problems with little direction
•    Motivated and flexible with an aptitude for teaching and giving direction
•    Professional demeanor

Education Required:
Accredited Architectural or Construction Science Degree preferred
Architectural License for the State of Texas preferred

Compensation/Benefits:
This is a full-time salary position, pay is commensurate with experience.

Marketing/Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a talented marketing/sales coordinator to work with the principals and team leaders of the company to assist in continuing our success. The primary responsibility of this position is to seek project opportunities and bring them to fruition. This position supplies projects for an office of 30 including Architectural, Landscape Architectural and Interior Designers.

The successful candidate must be a team player, self-starter, mature, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, possess a strong work ethic, and have exceptional communication skills.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

•    2-6 years of experience in a marketing and/or sales position, preferably in an architectural office
•    Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for thinking ahead to meet strategic goals
•    Develop and foster new client relationships and business opportunities
•    Prepare written text and graphics for RFP’s and proposals
•    Participate in tradeshows and conferences
•    Maintain client and prospective client database
•    Manage company website and social media sites
•    Available to travel on a regular basis

Education Required:
College Degree Preferred
